As the only STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Centre in the province of Quebec, we service the needs of our students in a distinctly supportive environment. Our programs are offered in French and English. Our studio features the latest models of STOTT PILATES equipment and accessories. Students have open access to our space for study, practice and observation. We help with career planning and job placement. Quality Education begins with the quality of the education provider. Certification courses at Studio Praxis are taught by STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor Trainers. All of these trainers have:

• Successfully completed STOTT PILATESS Full Certification with a minimum of 90% on their certification exam
• 1000+ hours of teaching experience
• Been invited to join the Instructor Trainer (IT) Program and courses at STOTT PILATES Corporate Head office in Toronto
• Followed by co-teaching, prior to obtaining Instructor Trainer status

They consist of a complete learning library of instructional manuals and videos in multiple languages that accompany each education program and every piece of equipment.
