The CORE Athletic Conditioning & Performance Training Program is intended for those already in the fields of fitness or movement (personal training and/or fitness experience), but everyone interested is encouraged to register.

The CORE* Foundation Course teaches the fundamentals of athlete training, athletic preparation, resistance training, plyometrics, balance, speed and agility.

An Athletic Conditioning education method engineered for total-body power, strength and agility.

This unique training program focuses on functional fitness targeting core strength and kinesthetic awareness leading to improvements in total-body strength and power. This multi-layered system is designed to help retrain unbalanced muscles, initiate the core, and build strength from within that will transfer on and off the playing field!

Foundation courses

The CORE* Foundation Course introduces important concepts of athletic conditioning and performance training. Emphasis is placed on using 11 Foundational Principles when training athletes, covering alignment and biomechanics for optimal performance. In addition, components of athletic conditioning are overviewed including resistance training methods, plyometric training, balance training, and speed & agility training.

Professional Development & Continuing Education

Designed to support the groundwork learned through the Foundations Course, a series of specially programmed workshops are available that build on content and choreography. These workouts incorporate the various concepts covered in the program while utilizing a variety of large and small equipment options to provide targeted training strategies. Although it helps to have prior CORE training, these workshops are not restricted to those who have completed the Foundations course, so anyone can benefit from the information provided.
